Yap! All 5 reasons is absolute correct. By guest posting not only we will get quality back link but also we will drive huge amount of quality traffic. I.e. the main purpose of using guest post.

Good point Kristi, I actually did not consider that when writing this post. That is definitely one factor people should be aware about when using that plugin.
